Each entry puts the official pre-renewal behaviour beside what this server does instead. Anything not listed behaves exactly as it does in official pre-renewal.

Bowling Bash

Official pre-renewal
  • Relies on “gutter line” positioning, so the number of hits depends on exactly where the target stands.
RO Classic +
  • Uses a fixed splash area instead, removing the gutter-line inconsistency.

Brandish Spear

Official pre-renewal
  • Knocks the target back 2 cells.
RO Classic +
  • Knocks the target back 1 cell, keeping it in range for a follow-up.

Berserk

Official pre-renewal
  • No items may be used, Fly Wing included.
  • Chat is blocked for the whole duration.
  • Concentration runs on its normal timer.
RO Classic +
  • Fly Wing can be used while Berserked.
  • Chat works normally.
  • Casting Berserk extends an active Concentration to 2.6× its duration.

Shield Reflect

Official pre-renewal
  • Reflects damage from every attacker, bosses included.
RO Classic +
  • No longer reflects off Boss-type monsters.
  • Reflected damage is capped at your current HP.

Devotion

Official pre-renewal
  • Any party member can be devoted.
RO Classic +
  • Outside Battlegrounds, only guild members can be devoted.
  • Inside Battlegrounds it stays unrestricted.

Shield Swapping

Official pre-renewal
  • Changing a shield mid-cast interrupts the skill.
RO Classic +
  • Swapping one shield for another no longer interrupts the cast.
  • Removing the shield outright still cancels it.
